Loats Foundation Scholarship

The recipient must be a resident of Frederick County, MD, and be a full-time student. Preference will be given to (1) renewal applicants, (2) applicants who are orphans, (3) applicants from broken homes, including single parent families, (4) applicants with demonstrated financial need, (5) those with demonstrated academic achievement, and (6) and who have declared an intent to pursue a career in public service (teaching, nursing, or social work).
