Student Support Services TRIO Scholarship

Recipient(s) must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time at FSU. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 2.5. Applicant(s) must have demonstrated financial need. In the event of equally qualified applicants, preference will be given to applicant(s) who have: a) been enrolled in the SSS program for at least two consecutive semesters with a minimum of six (6) in-office contacts in the preceding academic year; b) demonstrated an active role within the previous academic year in co-curricular activities as evidenced by letter of recommendation from faculty/advisor or staff. (Examples include employment as an RA, tutor, volunteer, participant in a campus organization, etc.) The scholarship is non-renewable.
