Anne E. and William B. Wallace, Jr. Scholarship

The recipient must have been a resident of the tri-state area (West Virginia, Pennsylvania or Maryland within a 75-mile radius of Cumberland) for three years prior to attending FSU, and be a full-time junior or senior at the time of receipt of the award with a declared sociology, social work or education major and a concentration in sociology. A minimum cumulative FSU grade point average of 2.8 or above is required. Applicants must be planning to enter a career involving counseling or guidance of youth. Preference will be given to renewal applicants. The award may be received for two consecutive years as an undergraduate.
