Ira & Paula Martin Accounting Scholarship

Recipients must be enrolled full-time at FSU majoring in Accounting with an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. Applicants must be residents of Washington, Allegany, or Garrett County (MD), Berkeley County (WV), or Pennsylvania. Preference will be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need which is determined by a professional review of the applicant’s aid eligibility and financial situation. In the event of equally qualified applicants, preference will be given to Washington County (MD) and Pennsylvania residents. Incoming freshmen and transfer students are encouraged to apply.
