Race to the Finish Scholarship

Recipient(s) must be enrolled full-time at FSU majoring in accounting, biology, business administration, computer science/information technologies, economics, educational professions, engineering, mathematics, or nursing programs. The recipient(s) will have completed a minimum of 72 credits. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. Preference (in order of importance) will be given to students who: a) have senior status (90+ credits) meeting the criteria listed in part b; b) have been identified by the Registrar’s Office and evaluated by the Director of Financial Aid. Determining factors may include any one or more of the following: 1) a “hold” on the recipient’s student billing account because of an unpaid balance, thereby preventing the student from registering for the next semester. 2) Other financial hardship that inhibits a student from registering; OR c) have demonstrated financial need which is determined by a professional review of the applicant’s aid eligibility and financial situation.
