John P. Reuschlein Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time or part-time at FSU with a declared major in the Department of Educational Professions. The recipient(s) must have a minimum overall grade point average of 3.0 with at least junior status. The recipient(s) will be a resident of Allegany, Garrett, Washington, Frederick, or Carroll County in Maryland. Preference will be given to members of the Frostburg Student Education Association (FSEA). Preference may be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need.
