John P. Reuschlein Scholarship
Recipients must be enrolled at FSU with a declared major in education, following the pathway to the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program and majoring in their chosen secondary education field, or in the MAT program. The recipient(s) must have a minimum overall grade point average of 3.0 with at least junior status. The recipient(s) will be a resident of Allegany, Garrett, Washington, Frederick, or Carroll County in Maryland. Preference will be given to members of the Frostburg Student Education Association (FSEA). Preference may be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need. Need is determined by a professional review of the applicant’s aid eligibility and financial situation.
