Shannon Anne Forrester Memorial Scholarship

The recipient must be an FSU student who is a resident of Garrett County with a declared major in either special education or elementary education with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, with a declared intent to teach two years in Garrett, Allegany, or Washington County, or elsewhere in the state of Maryland.
