Loats Foundation Scholarship

The recipient must be a resident of Frederick County, MD, and be a full-time student. Preference will be given to (1) renewal applicants, (2) applicants who are orphans or are/were foster care recipients, (3) applicants with demonstrated financial need, (4) those with demonstrated academic achievement, and (5) those who have declared an intent to pursue a career in public service.
