Emeriti of Frostburg State University Scholarship

Recipient(s) must be enrolled full-time at FSU as incoming transfer students with an overall grade point average of at least 3.5. Once merit is established, preference will be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need. Need is determined by applicants’ completion of a current FAFSA form which must be submitted by published financial aid deadlines. The award is received for a second year provided that the recipient maintains full-time status and a “B” average.
