Walter and Elmira Hahn Memorial Scholarship-Frederick County Award

The recipient(s) must be a graduate of a Frederick County, MD, high school and be a junior or senior at Frostburg State University with a declared major in teacher education or other programs as developed by the University for similar studies in the future. Applicants must be accepted at FSU and have an overall FSU grade point average of 3.0 or better. The award may be received for two consecutive years if an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better is maintained. A preference will be given to applicants who have demonstrated an intent to teach in elementary or early childhood settings as demonstrated by declared major or research.
