Ira & Paula Martin Accounting Scholarship

Recipients must be enrolled full-time at FSU in the Department of Accounting with an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. Applicants must be residents of Washington, Allegany, or Garrett County (MD), Berkeley County (WV), or Pennsylvania. Preference will be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need. Need is determined by applicants’ completion of a current FAFSA form which must be submitted by published financial aid deadlines. In the event of equally qualified applicants, preference will be given to Washington County (MD) and Pennsylvania residents. Incoming freshmen and transfer students are encouraged to apply.
