McGowan-Davisson Scholarship

The recipient(s) must be full-time with an FSU overall grade point average of 3.0 or better. Freshmen are eligible upon acceptance for admission. A preference is given to residents of Westernport, MD; Luke, MD and Piedmont, WV followed by any student at FSU. Awards may be received for four consecutive years if an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better is maintained. In the event of equally qualified applicants, preference will be given to those with demonstrated financial need and academic ability.
