Foreign Language Freshman Scholarship

The recipient must have demonstrated interest to major in foreign languages and literature, must have completed at least 3 years of foreign language beyond the eighth grade and have a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 3.0 with a recommendation by a high school foreign language teacher.
