Nancy Gibney Binkley Scholarship

The recipient must be an educational professions major with a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average and be a graduate of a Washington County, MD, high school. Need may be a determining factor. A preference is given to renewal applicants and the award may be received for two consecutive years if an overall grade point average of 3.0 is maintained.
