Applicants must be enrolled full‐time at FSU as an undergraduate student. Incoming freshman students and transfers are encouraged to apply. Recipient(s) must be a resident of the State of Maryland. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.25. Preference may be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need.
