Steve Beauregard '87 Computer Science Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time or part-time at FSU with a major in the Department of Computer Science. Recipient(s) will have completed a minimum of 29 credits. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. Preference (in order of importance) will be given to students who a) have been identified by the Registrar’s Office and evaluated by the Director of Financial Aid. Determining factors may include any one or more of the following: 1. a “hold” on the recipient’s student billing account because of an unpaid balance, thereby preventing the student from registering for the next semester, 2. financial hardship that inhibits a student from registering; OR b) have demonstrated financial need. This award will be automatically renewed for previously selected recipients through graduation as long as the donor provides funding and the recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA.
