Jenny Apsey Stegmaier Memorial Scholarship

The recipient(s) must be enrolled at FSU as an art and design major, or its successors, or in the Master of Arts in Teaching program with the intention of becoming an art teacher. The recipient(s) must have demonstrated ability in visual arts and will be selected based upon participation in an art program, portfolio review, contest, exhibition or similar activity as administered by the Department of Visual Arts or its successor in support of Visual Art studies at Frostburg State University. Preference will be given to transfer students from Allegany College and/or graduates from a high school in Allegany County, MD. This award is automatically renewable as long as the recipient(s) continues to meet the criteria.
