Wensel-Faherty Allegany County Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time at FSU with an overall grade point average of at least 3.5. The recipients must be graduates from a high school in Allegany County, MD. Preference will be given based on the following (in order of importance): a) incoming freshmen; b) transfer students; c) upperclassmen. Preference will be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need.
