Ida B. Wells Student and Education Scholarship
Recipients must be full-time juniors with a declared major in education or following the pathway to the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program and majoring in their chosen secondary education field. The recipient must have a cumulative FSU grade point average of 2.6 or above and a 2.8 grade point average in their major. Also required is a demonstrated commitment to work in an economically depressed and/or inner-city area upon graduation. Need may be a determining factor.
