Class of 1962 Scholarship

Recipients must be enrolled at FSU during their student teaching year as either a senior with a declared major in education or in the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program. Recipients must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. It is the donors’ intent to support a student teacher who may be incurring additional costs as a result of the student teaching assignment (i.e. professional attire, commuting expenses, classroom material costs, etc.). Preference will be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need. Need is determined by a professional review of the applicant’s aid eligibility and financial situation.
