M&T Bank Scholarship

Recipients must have: a) enrolled full-time at FSU majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics, and have transferred from Allegany College (MD) or Garrett College (MD); b) an overall grade point average of at least 3.0; c) legal residence in any of the following counties: Allegany, Garrett (MD), Mineral, Hampshire, Grant, Preston (WV), Bedford, Somerset (PA). Applicants must have demonstrated financial need which is determined by a professional review of the applicant’s aid eligibility and financial situation.
