Nancy Gibney Binkley Endowed Scholarship

Applicants must be a graduate of a high school from Washington County, Maryland. Recipient(s) must be accepted in the educational professions program or similar studies for teacher education as may be developed at Frostburg State University. Applicants must have demonstrated academic ability with a FSU overall grade point average of 3.0 or better. Preference (in order of importance): a) Renewal applicants – Awards may be received for two consecutive years if an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better is maintained. b) In the event of equally qualified applicants, a preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated financial need.
