Applicants must be enrolled full-time at FSU. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. Applicants must complete a current FAFSA form and submit it by published financial aid deadlines. Eligibility to receive this award will be determined by information submitted through FAFSA. Recipients will meet the following criteria: does not qualify for Pell Grants, must have demonstrated financial need which is determined by a professional review of the applicant’s financial situation.
