G. Wesley and Margaret M. Forrester Education Scholarship

Recipients must be enrolled full-time at FSU with a declared major in education, following the pathway to the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program and majoring in their chosen secondary education field, or in the MAT program. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0 and be a resident of any one of the following counties in Maryland: Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett. Applicants must have demonstrated financial need. Need is determined by a professional review of the applicant’s aid eligibility and financial situation.
