Hilda Holt and C. Phillip Gellner Endowed Scholarship

The recipient must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in elementary education or other programs as developed by the University for similar studies in the future or a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in education with an undergraduate degree in elementary education or other program as developed by the University for similar studies in the future. The recipient(s) must have an FSU overall grade point average of 3.0 or better and have graduated from a high school in Allegany County, Maryland. Preference given to a junior or senior. The award may be received for two consecutive years.
