The recipient(s) must be enrolled full-time or part-time at FSU. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. Applicants must be accepted to participate in the Sloop Leadership Institute. (Note: The award(s) will be presented at the Sloop Leadership Institute.) Applicant(s) must have demonstrated financial need.
