Dr. Sean McCagh Hooley Plunge Special Education Scholarship

The recipient will be a resident of Allegany County (MD) enrolled as a graduate or undergraduate (junior or senior) student with an outlined course of study leading to a career field related to special education and/or working with the developmentally disabled (i.e. education, social work, et. al.). The recipient will have an overall grade point average of at least 3.5. Transfer student applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate past/present experience related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities (i.e. volunteer, relevant employment, personal experience, etc.).
