Nancy Gibney Binkley Scholarship

The recipient must be an educational professions major with a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average and be a graduate of a Washington County, MD, high school. A preference is given to renewal applicants and the award may be received for two consecutive years if an overall grade point average of 3.0 is maintained. In the event of equally qualified applicants preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated financial need.
