Capt. James A. Graham Bravery Memorial Scholarship

Recipient(s) must be enrolled at FSU in a teacher certification program with a minimum of 60 completed undergraduate credits (junior status) at the time the award is received. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.4. Applicant(s) must demonstrate a history of service contributions to the community and/or Frostburg State University as evidenced in the scholarship application and/or required general application essay.
