Frostburg State University Alumni Association Scholarship

The recipient must be a dependent and/or direct descendent of alumni from Frostburg State University as recorded by the Office of University Advancement. Students who qualify for tuition waiver (based on their parent being employed by FSU) will not be considered. Applicants must be a full-time student; for incoming freshmen, they must have demonstrated academic success; sophomores, juniors, and seniors must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or above. A demonstrated interest and/or involvement in extra-curricular activities must be shown (example: community service, membership in organizations or project involvement). In the event of equally qualified applicants, a preference will be given to those with demonstrated financial need.
