Paul E. and Betty J. Barry Scholarship

The recipient must be enrolled full-time at FSU with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better. Preference will be given first to renewal applicants – award may be received for three consecutive years if overall grade point average of 3.0 or greater is maintained. Second preference given to Frostburg residents who have graduated from a high school in Allegany County, MD, with demonstrated participation in extra-curricular activities, volunteer service to the community, and clubs and organizations.
