Col. Ronald G. Forrester, USAF, Ret. '67 & Dianna Calhoun Forrester '67 Presidential Merit Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time or part-time at FSU. As a merit-based scholarship, the recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.5 and excel academically. The recipient must be a U.S. veteran and/or major in the Department of Educational Professions (including the graduate MAT program). The recipient must be a resident of Frederick, Washington, Allegany, or Garrett County in Maryland. The award will be renewed automatically as long as the student meets all criteria and eligibility requirements. Incoming freshmen and transfer students are eligible for consideration.
