Edgerton and Lorian Deuel Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time at FSU. The recipient will be a first-generation college student as defined by FSU. The recipient will be a resident of Allegany, Garrett or Washington County (Maryland). Preference may be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need. The scholarship may be renewed up to four years as long as the recipient applies for scholarships, remains eligible and funding is available.
