Jenny Apsey Stegmaier Memorial Scholarship

The recipient(s) must have a declared intent to be an art major and graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in art and design or its successors. The recipient(s) must be: a) a transfer student from Allegany College or a freshman who graduated from a high school in Allegany County, MD; and b) accepted for admission or enrolled at FSU. The recipient(s) must have demonstrated ability in visual arts and will be selected based upon participation in an art program, portfolio review, contest, exhibition or similar activity as administered by the Department of Visual Arts or its successor in support of Visual Art studies at Frostburg State University.
