Thelma B. Hadley Memorial and Bernetta M. Smouse Scholarship

The recipient must be a graduate from Mountain Ridge High School with a preference given to residents of Lonaconing or Midland. One award is to be given to an incoming freshman. The award may be received for a total of 4 years if an FSU grade point average of 2.8 or better is maintained. The recipient’s high school grade point average must be 3.0 or above. Recommendation letter from high school guidance counselor or career services officer required. Demonstrated financial need may be a determining factor.
