Forever Frostburg Scholarship

Applicants will be students who encounter special circumstances at any time of year which hinder the ability for the student or student’s family to pay for college expenses. Examples include, but are not limited to: death of parent or spouse; loss of income by parent, student, spouse; divorce of parent or student; loss of federal benefits; unusually high medical expenses. Applicants must be enrolled full-time at FSU with an overall grade point average of at least 3.0.
