Cumberland Lions Club Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time at FSU. The recipient(s) will be a resident of Cumberland, MD. The recipient(s) must be one of the following: a) an incoming freshman and graduate from a high school in Allegany County, b) a veteran. The applicant(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. Applicants must have demonstrated financial need. Need is determined by applicants’ completion of a current FAFSA form which must be submitted by published financial aid deadlines. Renewal will be automatic through graduation (up to four years) as long as a minimum GPA is maintained (2.75 as a freshman/sophomore, then 3.0 as a junior/senior).
