Veterans Student Aid Award

Applicants must be referred to Financial Aid by the campus Veterans Affairs Office by written request. Students will qualify as any one or more of the following: a) Veteran; b) Dependent of deceased or disabled veteran; c) Currently serves or served in an honorable status for the United States armed forces, and/or National Guard. The recipient must be enrolled full-time or part-time at FSU. Preference will be given to students with an overall GPA of 3.0. If an FSU GPA does not exist the Financial Aid Office will utilize high school GPA or transferred GPA. Preference may be given to student(s) determined by Financial Aid to have the greatest need based on circumstances of request, VA benefits, and other relevant documentation.
