G. Wesley and Margaret M. Forrester Education Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time in the Department of Educational Professions. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0 and be a resident of any one of the following counties in Maryland: Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett. Applicants must have demonstrated financial need. Need is determined by applicants’ completion of a current FAFSA form which must be submitted by published financial aid deadlines.
