Judge Gary and Barbara Leasure Presidential Merit Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time at FSU. The recipient(s) must be a resident of Allegany County Maryland and have an overall grade point average of at least 3.5. Incoming freshman applicants must demonstrate strong academic achievement in high school. Transfer students must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5.
