Hammond Pursuit of Excellence Scholarship: In memory of Eleanor Anna Hammond

Applicants must be enrolled full-time at FSU. Incoming Freshmen recipient(s) must demonstrate strong academic achievement in high school as evidenced by enrollment in college-level and/or Advanced Placement (AP) classes. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better and demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to: 1) renewal applicants, limited to four consecutive years, must maintain 3.0 grade point average (previous recipients must re-apply each year); 2) demonstrate self-support/employment to support college expenses; 3) participation in extra-curricular, volunteer activities, and/or campus clubs and organizations; and 4) have financial need.
