Russell W. Younkers Scholarship

The recipient must be a junior or senior with a declared major in health and wellness education and have demonstrated interest in health and wellness education as shown by previous scholarship, research, membership, or avocation. Applicants must be enrolled or accepted to enroll at FSU with an overall FSU grade point average of at least 3.0. Preference will be given to renewal applicants for two consecutive years with an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. In the event of equally qualified applicants, a preference will be given to those in the Educational Professions program (teacher education) with a health and wellness education major and to those with demonstrated academic ability.
