Lewis J. Ort Access to Education Scholarship

The recipient must be a first-time (freshman, transfer) FSU student enrolled or accepted for enrollment with demonstrated financial need and demonstrated academic ability; must be a resident of a “contiguous county” (Bedford, Fulton, Franklin and Somerset in Pennsylvania; Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Jefferson, Mineral and Morgan in West Virginia; and Loudoun in Virginia).
