John C. Martin, Sr. Memorial Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time majoring in the Department of Educational Professions. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0 and be a full-time resident of Allegany County (MD). Preference will be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need. Need is determined by applicants’ completion of a current FAFSA form which must be submitted by published financial aid deadlines.
