F. Perry Smith, Jr. Scholarship

The recipient must have completed a high school education or equivalency in either Allegany or Garrett counties of Maryland and be enrolled full-time at FSU with an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better, or be accepted full-time with a transferable overall grade point average of 3.0 or better. The recipient must demonstrate financial need. The scholarship may be received for up to four consecutive years if an overall grade point average of 3.0 or better is maintained.
