Richard and Georgene McKenzie Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time or part-time at FSU. The recipient will be a resident of Allegany and/or Garrett Counites and/or contiguous counties, as defined by Frostburg State University as “regional.” Preference will be given to a student who is a resident of Allegany County (Maryland). Preference may be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need.
