Mary Stevens Scholarship

The recipient must reside in Frostburg or within five miles of its city limits and be a sophomore or above with a 3.25 grade point average. Applicants must have demonstrated financial need. Need is determined by applicants’ completion of a current FAFSA form which must be submitted by published financial aid deadlines.
