Dr. Maureen P. Connelly

The donor established this scholarship in memory of her husband, Dr. Anthony M. Lo Giudice, a long-time faculty member, committed to the development and excellence of the Counseling Psychology program at Frostburg State University. Tony, who graduated from Princeton University, was a first-generation student who financed his education through scholarships.
