American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 239

Members of the Frostburg State University Local 239 chapter of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees and the FSU administration gathered in April to sign papers establishing the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Scholarship, which will provide scholarships to full-time FSU students who are members or dependents of members of AFSCME’s FSU Local 239. The funds were donated by members of the local chapter.
