Jack and Lois Elliott Scholarship

Applicants must be enrolled full-time in the Department of Education Professions at FSU majoring in Elementary Education. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 3.0. and legal residence in any of the following counties: Allegany, Garrett (Maryland), Mineral, Hampshire (West Virginia), and Bedford, Somerset (Pennsylvania). Preference will be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need.
